Welcome to Daily Deals. By accessing or using our platform — including the mobile application, vendor dashboard, and website — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Daily Deals

Daily Deals is an online marketplace that connects buyers with vendors and local stores offering products and deals at competitive prices. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not a direct party to any transaction between them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By using Daily Deals, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Placing Orders

When you place an order on Daily Deals, you are making a binding offer to purchase the listed product. The vendor may confirm or reject your order. Once confirmed, a contract exists directly between you and the vendor — Daily Deals acts as a marketplace facilitator, not a seller.

You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. Daily Deals does not store your full payment card details. Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment partners. You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team and allowing a reasonable period for resolution.

6. Flash Sales and Promotional Deals

Flash sales and promotional events are time-limited and subject to stock availability. Once a flash sale ends or stock is exhausted, the promotional price is no longer valid. Daily Deals reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional events at any time without prior notice.

7. Local Store Deals

Local store deals are offered by physical stores listed on our platform. Availability, pricing, and terms of these deals are set by the individual store owners. Daily Deals is not responsible for the fulfilment of local store deals beyond facilitating their discovery on our platform.

8. Vendor Obligations

Vendors using the Daily Deals platform agree to:

• List only genuine, legally owned, and accurately described products.
• Fulfil confirmed orders within the stated delivery timeframe.
• Maintain valid KYC documents as submitted during onboarding.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of their products.
• Honour the commission structure agreed at the time of registration or subscription.
• Respond to customer queries and support tickets in a timely manner.

Daily Deals reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts that violate these obligations, attract excessive negative reviews, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Buyers may leave reviews and ratings for products and sellers after completing an order. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate community standards.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings or reviews.
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, rankings, or search results.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Daily Deals platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks — is the property of Daily Deals or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Daily Deals a licence to display them on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Deals is not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed by vendors.
• The accuracy of vendor product descriptions, images, or pricing.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Loss or damage arising from delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction in question.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
